З 29 вересня по 3 жовтня 2025 року делегація у складі Руслани СОЙЧУК, Ілони ДИЧКІВСЬКОЇ, Алли ФРІДРІХ та Наталії ГОРОПАХИ в межах проєкту «Комплексне впровадження методології доповненої та альтернативної комунікації в українську систему освіти» (AMUSE) Erasmus+ представляла команду Рівненського державного гуманітарного університету під час навчального візиту до STICHTING HOGESCHOOL UTRECHT (Утрехт, Нідерланди).
Першого дня делегація відвідала навчальний заклад DKP у місті Утрехт, де її привітно зустріли викладачі, експерти з інклюзивної освіти та учні. Українські освітяни оцінили сучасне освітнє середовище, відкритість команди й атмосферу турботи, що сприяє розвитку дітей. Вразили альтернативні підходи до комунікації, інноваційні методики викладання та атмосфера взаємоповаги й підтримки. Зустріч дала цінні ідеї, емоції та впевненість у користі таких практик для покращення інклюзивної освіти в Україні.
Другого дня навчального візиту до Нідерландів учасники відвідали початкову школу Imelda в Роттердамі. Під керівництвом Софі Сержант і Ганни Тау вони взяли участь у симпозіумі, що складався з лекцій на актуальні теми та змістовних дебатів. Директори Андреа Морет (Willibrordschool) і Міран Якірович (Imeldaschool) поділилися своїми підходами до освітнього процесу. Завершенням дня стала прогулянка містом, під час якої делегати обговорювали можливості адаптації отриманих ідей до українських реалій.
Третього дня, 1 жовтня відбувся міжнародний симпозіум «Інклюзія в освіті: використання допоміжних та альтернативних засобів комунікації (АДК)». На заході провідні спеціалісти презентували свої дослідження і кейси інтеграції АДК в освітнє середовище для дітей із порушеннями мовлення, демонструючи нові перспективи для їх розвитку. Учасники симпозіуму, включаючи онлайн-слухачів з РДГУ, розглянули методологічні аспекти АДК у межах проєкту «AMUSE».
Четвертий день був сповнений натхненням і плідною взаємодією. Українські учасники поділилися на дві групи. Одна група відвідала школу Drostenburg в Амстердамі — заклад, який поєднує функції дитячого центру і школи для дітей із фізичними та множинними порушеннями. Друга група побувала в початковій школі Koetsveld School, спрямованій на створення підтримуючого інклюзивного середовища. Команда РДГУ мала нагоду ознайомитись із діяльністю соціального підприємства Bijzonder Amsterdams мережі Cordaan, яке успішно демонструє, як люди з особливими потребами можуть реалізувати себе в професійній сфері. Програмою дня була передбачена інклюзивна прогулянка Амстердамом, що дозволила учасникам переглянути питання доступності та рівності в міському просторі. Увечері відбулася урочиста церемонія вручення сертифікатів учасникам візиту. Завершальним акцентом дня стало неформальне тепле спілкування, що підкреслило загальну дружню атмосферу заходу.
Щиро дякуємо нашим колегам і партнерам за високопрофесійну організацію навчального візиту. Захід став важливим етапом у поглибленні міжнародної співпраці, відкривши можливості для обміну цінним досвідом та пошуку натхнення у створенні більш інклюзивного освітнього середовища в Україні.

From September 29 to October 3, 2025, a delegation consisting of Ruslana SOICHUK, Alla FRIDRICH, Ilona DYCHKIVSKA, Natalia HOROPAKHA as part of project “Comprehensive Implementation of Augmented and Alternative Communication Methodology in the Ukrainian Education System” (AMUSE) Erasmus+ represented the team of Rivne State Humanitarian University during a study visit to STICHTING HOGESCHOOL UTRECHT (Utrecht, Netherlands).
On the first day, delegation visited the DKP specialised educational institution in Utrecht, where they were warmly welcomed by teachers, experts in inclusive education and school students. Ukrainian educators appreciated the modern educational environment, the openness of the team, and the caring atmosphere that promotes children's development. They were impressed by the alternative approaches to communication, innovative teaching methods, and the atmosphere of mutual respect and support. The meeting provided valuable ideas, emotions, and confidence in the benefits of such practices for improving inclusive education in Ukraine.
On the second day of the study visit to the Netherlands, participants visited Imelda Primary School in Rotterdam. Led by Sofie Sergeant and Hanne Touw, they took part in a symposium consisting of lectures on current topics and substantive debates. Principals Andrea Moret (Willibrordschool) and Miran Yakirovich (Imeldaschool) shared their approaches to the educational process. The day ended with a walk around the city, during which the delegates discussed the possibilities of adapting the ideas they had gained to the Ukrainian context.
On the third day, October 1, an international symposium entitled “Inclusion in Education: The Use of Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC)” was held. At the event, leading experts presented their research and case studies on the integration of AAC into the educational environment for children with speech impairments, demonstrating new prospects for their development. Symposium participants, including online listeners from RSUH, considered the methodological aspects of AAC within the AMUSE project.
The fourth day was filled with inspiration and fruitful interaction. Ukrainian participants divided into two groups. One group visited Drostenburg School in Amsterdam, an institution that combines the functions of a children's center and a school for children with physical and multiple disabilities. The second group visited the Koetsveld School, a primary school focused on creating a supportive and inclusive environment. The RSUH team had the opportunity to learn about the activities of the social enterprise Bijzonder Amsterdams, part of the Cordaan network, which successfully demonstrates how people with special needs can realize their potential in the professional sphere. The day's program included an inclusive walk through Amsterdam, which allowed participants to review issues of accessibility and equality in urban space. In the evening, a solemn ceremony was held to award certificates to the participants of the visit. The final highlight of the day was informal warm communication, which emphasized the overall friendly atmosphere of the event.

The event became a fundamental step in strengthening international cooperation, opening opportunities for sharing valuable experience and gaining inspiration to take significant steps in creating a more inclusive educational space in Ukraine.
