З 5 по 9 січня 2026 року в University of Oslo (Норвегія) у межах реалізації міжнародного проєкту AMUSE Erasmus+ KA2 відбувся навчальний візит, спрямований на поглиблення співпраці у сфері спеціальної та інклюзивної освіти, а також вивчення сучасних підходів до використання альтернативної та додаткової комунікації (АДК).
У візиті взяли участь представники 6 українських університетів-партнерів та 3 європейських університетів. Серед учасників були і представники Рівненського державного гуманітарного університету: д.пед.н., проф. Руслана СОЙЧУК, д.пед.н., проф. Оксана ВОЙТОВИЧ та к.пед.н., доц. Алла ФРІДРІХ.
Навчальна програма поєднала академічні семінари, практичні заняття, візити до закладів освіти, наукові дискусії та рефлексійні сесії, що дало змогу комплексно розглянути АДК як педагогічний, технологічний і мовний феномен.
Візит розпочався офіційною зустріччю та привітанням Надзвичайного і Повноважного Посла України в Норвегії Олексія ГАВРИША. Представники University of Oslo презентували структуру кафедри спеціальної освіти, діяльність лабораторії Oslo Special Educational and Learning Lab (SPeLL), а також сучасні підходи до інклюзії в освіті Норвегії.
Учасники мали змогу ознайомитися із методиками визначення та оцінювання потреб дітей в АДК у різні вікові періоди; поетапними моделями підтримки користувачів АДК; діяльністю Statped та Норвезького центру допоміжних технологій NAV; роллю ISAAC Norway у розвитку професійної спільноти АДК.
Значну частину візиту було присвячено безпосередньому спостереженню за освітнім процесом у школах Haukasen skole, Haug special school, Nordvoll special school, Hasle school, Nordkollen (для учнів з РАС), Nydalen School (інклюзивні класи та урок фізики).
Учасники відвідували заняття, аналізували педагогічні практики, знайомилися з низько- та високотехнологічними засобами АДК та брали участь у рефлексійних обговореннях.
Важливим елементом програми стали гібридні семінари проф. Stephen von TETZCHNER та проф. Kristine STADSKLEIV, до яких мали змогу онлайн доєднатися усі члени команди Рівненського державного гуманітарного університету з реалізації проєкту.
Окремий інтерес викликала зустріч з TV 2 Skole, де учасники ознайомилися зі створенням освітнього контенту на платформі Elevkanalen та на практиці долучилися до драматичних і музичних активностей з використанням інструментів АДК.
Особливо зворушливою стала зустріч з українським учнем з особливими освітніми потребами Андрієм ІЛЬНИЦЬКИМ, який навчається у школі Nydalen High School, та його мамою Ганною. Їхній досвід наочно продемонстрував, як асистивні технології та айтрекінг можуть впливати на комунікацію, навчання й якість життя дітей з особливими освітніми потребами.
Навчальний візит до University of Oslo став потужною платформою для обміну міжнародним досвідом, посилення партнерських зв’язків, переосмислення ролі АДК в інклюзивній освіті, формування ідей для подальшої імплементації напрацьованих практик в українському освітньому просторі.
Фінальним етапом візиту стала підсумкова сесія з обговоренням результатів навчального візиту та вручення сертифікатів учасникам проєкту AMUSE.
Команда проєкту висловлює щиру подяку Stephen von TETZCHNER та Kristine STADSKLEIV за високий академічний рівень і змістовну організацію навчання в Університеті Осло.

From January 5 to 9, 2026, the University of Oslo (Norway) hosted a study visit as part of the international AMUSE Erasmus+ KA2 project. The visit aimed to deepen cooperation in the field of special and inclusive education and to explore modern approaches to the use of Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC).
Representatives of six Ukrainian partner universities and three European universities took part in the visit. Among the participants were representatives of Rivne State University of Humanities: Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences, Professor Ruslana Soichuk; Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences, Professor Oksana Voitovych; and Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences, Associate Professor Alla Fridrikh.
The study program combined academic seminars, practical sessions, visits to educational institutions, scientific discussions, and reflective sessions, which made it possible to consider AAC comprehensively as a pedagogical, technological, and linguistic phenomenon.
The visit began with an official meeting and welcome by Oleksii Gavrysh, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Ukraine to Norway. Representatives of the University of Oslo presented the structure of the Department of Special Needs Education, the activities of the Oslo Special Educational and Learning Lab (SPeLL), as well as contemporary approaches to inclusion in the Norwegian education system.
Participants had the opportunity to learn about methods for identifying and assessing the needs of children with AAC at different developmental stages; step-by-step models for supporting AAC users; the activities of Statped and the Norwegian Labour and Welfare Administration’s Assistive Technology Centres (NAV); and the role of ISAAC Norway in developing the AAC professional community.
A significant part of the visit was devoted to direct observation of the educational process in the following schools: Haukasen skole, Haug special school, Nordvoll special school, Hasle school, Nordkollen (for students with autism spectrum disorders), and Nydalen School (inclusive classes and a physics lesson).
Participants attended classes, analyzed pedagogical practices, became acquainted with low- and high-technology AAC tools, and took part in reflective discussions.
An important component of the program consisted of hybrid seminars conducted by Prof. Stephen von Tetzchner and Prof. Kristine Stadskleiv, which all members of the Rivne State University of the Humanities AMUSE project team were able to join online.
Particular interest was generated by the meeting with TV 2 Skole, where participants learned about the development of educational content on the Elevkanalen platform and were practically involved in dramatic and musical activities using AAC tools.
Especially moving was the meeting with Andrii Ilnytskyi, a Ukrainian student with special educational needs who studies at Nydalen High School, and his mother Hanna. Their experience clearly demonstrated how assistive technologies and eye-tracking can influence communication, learning, and the quality of life of children with special educational needs.
The study visit to the University of Oslo provided a powerful platform for sharing international experience, strengthening partnerships, rethinking the role of AAC in inclusive education, and generating ideas for the further implementation of best practices practices within the Ukrainian educational context.
The final stage of the visit was a wrap-up session dedicated to discussing the outcomes of the study visit and the award of certificates to the participants of the AMUSE project.
