The first stage of the project for the Association of School Partners started in with the participants’ selection and preparation process. Four youth workers were select among the members of the research students group of the Rivne State University of Humanities to actively participate during the entire project, in all stages, including to join 2 different training courses in Romania, in April and December 2021. During this time, the selected youth workers analyzed the local youth policies and how they affect the young people with fewer opportunities. The tasks and responsibilities within the group were shared and the selected youth workers were supported to fulfill them before, during and after the training courses.
